Vorpsel / Services
Security services
Software protects around the clock, but some work needs people: testing your defenses, improving detection, responding to an incident, preparing for an audit. The same team that builds the Vorpsel platform runs these engagements.
How we work
- Clear scope and a price agreed before we start
- Named people who stay with you from scoping to the final report
- Your tools every service works with or without Vorpsel products
- Confidential under an agreement signed before any access

Assurance

Why work with our team
We build security products
The people who run the engagements also build detection, vulnerability and exposure products, so the advice comes from daily practice.
Reports for two audiences
Every report has the technical detail your team needs to act and a short summary leadership can read in minutes.
Your tools, your choice
We work with what you already run. When a Vorpsel product would help, we say so; when it would not, we say that too.
Clear scope
Every engagement starts with a written scope, the people involved, the dates and the price, agreed before any work begins.
Confidential
A confidentiality agreement is signed before any access, and access is removed at the end of the engagement.
Services that connect
Findings from one service feed the next: a red team exercise points to detections to write, an incident points to controls to add.
Questions
How are services priced?
Each engagement has its own proposal with scope, dates and price. Retainers have a monthly fee for an agreed number of hours or days.
Do we need to be a Vorpsel customer?
No. Every service works with or without Vorpsel products.
Can you work remotely?
Most of the work can be done remotely, with access you grant. When someone needs to be on site, we agree on it with you.
Can we combine services?
Yes. Many companies start with an assessment, such as consulting or a blue team review, and then add the services the assessment points to.
How an engagement starts
Every service starts the same way, so you know the price and the dates before any work begins.
Conversation
You tell us what you need and why. We ask about the systems, the deadline and any constraints.
Proposal
We send the scope, the people involved, the dates, the deliverables and a fixed price.
Kick-off
After the contract and the confidentiality agreement are signed, we agree on access and contacts and begin.
Tell us what you need.
We reply with a few questions about scope, then send a proposal with dates and price.
